I knew Enas before she became a life coach and i saw the amazing changes in her life and personality after integrating all the knowledge she has gained. This convinced me to try her techniques and methods in order to feel better and have the power to overcome the challenges i was facing.
I have done different sessions with Enas depending on what i had to resolve and each time i had amazing results.
2024 was tough for me due to health issues. I ended up staying in the hospital for 71 days after doing 5 surgeries in less than 20 days. Enas helped me again eventhough we were not able to physically meet. We had a long call, we discussed and she taught me lots of techniques to help me with feeling less pain, accept what happened to me and have the power to move on. A week after the session with Enas i was discharged and back to my wife and daughter.
I will always recommend Enas as a first choice because i trust that the outcome will be worth it

There was a time in my life, soon after delivery when i was having anxiety, 3 to 6 panic attacks a day, was feeling emotional for no apparent reason and not safe.
I was very close to talk to a psychiatrist, when i asked Enas if she can help me with what i was facing.
I went to our meeting with no expectation, but the relief i had was like honey in a cup of tea. To my surprise, after only 1 session i stopped having the panic attacks and i felt much better. After a while, in different situations i would get triggered but having the tools and right mindset to deal with it, it was not bothering or affecting my life anymore.
Each time i feel overwelmed or feel “i can’t on my own”, Enas will give me a hand and help me through it. I recommended her to friends and family and they also got the what they needed.
Even my husband, who was skeptical at the beginning decided to have a session and his mindset had a boost of 200%
