CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Please be considerate of our scheduling efforts by providing at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made within less than 24 hours or if you have a delay exceeding 15 minutes (requiring at least 45 minutes for each session), the full session fee will be charged. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and Art of Happiness will assess and deduct necessary administrative fees before proceeding with any refund. Facilitated sessions, mentorships, and online courses have specific refund policies. Art of Happiness reserves the right to unenroll clients from online courses or programs and release them as clients without a refund in case of disruptive or disrespectful behavior. Specials are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Specials (and rewards/vouchers) cannot be combined with other specials under any circumstance.

SESSIONS & COURSES:

The number, length, and frequency of sessions and courses will be mutually discussed and agreed upon before commencement. Clients have the liberty to discontinue at any point, adhering to the cancellation policy. Art of Happiness also reserves the right to discontinue sessions without obligation to provide refunds.

Art of Happiness holds your confidential information, and we ensure that it will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
