Payment Terms:

• Payments for Sessions and Courses: Full payments are required in advance through the provided payment sections on the website. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the payment has been successfully processed.
• Payment Arrangements: For specific payment arrangements, such as bank transfers, PayPal, or installments, please contact us at enas@artofhappiness.life or reach us on WhatsApp at +97156 963 5103.
• Secure Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
• Currency: All payments are processed in AED or USD. Please ensure that your payment method supports transactions in this currency.
• Late Payments: If a payment fails or is disputed, the appointment will remain unconfirmed until the issue is resolved. Please contact us immediately if there are any payment issues.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session: You are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
• Cancellations made within 48-72 hours before the scheduled session: You are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule the session once without any additional fees.
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours before the scheduled session: You are eligible for a 25% refund or the option to reschedule the session once with a rescheduling fee of 10% of the session cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled session: The full session will be charged, and no refunds will be provided. However, you may reschedule the session with a rescheduling fee of 20% of the session cost, subject to availability.

No Show Policy:

o   No-shows: If you do not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable, and the session cannot be rescheduled. 

o   Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a session, the remainder of the scheduled session will proceed with the time that is left, and the session will not be extended. It will be considered a complete session, and the full session fee will be charged.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Rescheduling 72 hours or more before the session: Rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost.
• Rescheduling within 48-72 hours before the session: You can reschedule once without any fees. Additional rescheduling within this period may incur a 10% fee.
• Rescheduling within 24-48 hours before the session: You can reschedule once with a rescheduling fee of 10% of the session cost. Any additional rescheduling within this period may incur a 20% fee.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session: Rescheduling is allowed with a rescheduling fee of 20% of the session cost.

Art of Happiness reserves the right to unenroll clients from online courses, sessions or programs and release them as clients without a refund in case of disruptive or disrespectful behavior. Specials are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Specials (and rewards/vouchers) cannot be combined with other specials under any circumstance.
